• This activity requires a minimum of 6 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, We will inform 2 days in advance for book an alternative date or request a full refund.

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.

• Children with a height of 100 cm. and above will be charged the same rate as adults.

• Infant : Children below 100 cm. can join this activity free of charge (ticket), but they will need to pay for the insurance and tour reserve seat.

• Free 1 child seat (safety car seat) per booking (age 0-6) under 135 cm. with a limited quota on first come first serve. Additional seats will be charged THB 350 per seat per day. Safety car seats are only an additional service, The customers (Child) still have to pay the tour at the price provided. Please indicate how many seats will be required at checkout page, The operator will contact customer back to inform of payment child seat.

• Normally, pick up time between 08:00 - 08:30 Hotel pick-up in Chiang Mai (pick-up area) and McDonald's Tha Pae Gate, but the operator will send the correct time via email 1 day before your travel date Please check your email.

• If customer's hotel is not located in pick up area service, Please choose meeting point at McDonald's Thapae

• The operator will re-confirm your pick-up time in advance via Email.

• This is a shared transfer and pick up could be early or late due to traffic.

• The schedule might change depending on traffic and weather conditions

• There is no space for luggage storage in the minivan, please do not bring your luggage with you on the tour

• It is highly recommended to give a gratuity at the end of the tour as a gesture of appreciation

• Free cancellation if cancel at least 24 hours before the starting time of service, less than 24 hours and No-Show full charge 100%.
