06:30–07:00 Pick up from your hotel or accommodation in Chiang Mai
Scenic 1½-hour drive through rural landscapes — mountain rivers, rice fields, and banana plantations.
08:30 Arrival at the Sanctuary
Warm welcome and change into traditional Karen clothing.
Receive an introduction about the sanctuary and elephant conservation from your local guide.
Prepare fruits and snacks for the elephants.
Feed the elephants from a respectful distance while learning about their diet, habits, and personalities.
Sip herbal tea from the village while watching the elephants roam freely in their natural forest habitat.
10:30 Hands-On Experience
Learn how to make herbal medicine balls — a natural digestive aid for elephants.
